The hotel is super close to the sea front, only just over a block away. You can easily walk to the beach in Nice and enjoy the picturesque view. there are plenty of amenities nearby, such as a bakery and a local supermarket, making it convenient for all your needs. The rooms are bright and clean, providing a comfortable stay.

The air conditioning in the hotel may not work that well, which can be a bit uncomfortable during hot weather.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They provided excellent recommendations for local food. The location was great, with two tram stops nearby and a bakery just around the corner. The view of the sea from our spacious apartment was nice. We also appreciated the convenience of ordering take-ins from the lobby and the decent breakfast spread. The parking was affordable and spacious enough for our large vehicle, even though it was not at the hotel.
